General Information

It is compulsory for applicants to the Higher School of Arbitrators to have higher education. 

The classes at the Higher School of Arbitrators are conducted in two stages: theoretical training and practical training. Training is carried out on the regular (full-time) basis.

The training is mainly organized in the following format: a total of 5 months, 3 of which - classes, 1 month of practice period and 1 month of exams.

During the exam period, the attendees take exams from the courses they have studied and completed during the previous 3 months.

The Higher School of Arbitrators organizes the study process within 3 days in a week from 2 to 5:30 pm or from 6 to 9:30 pm (afternoon or evening shift).

The courses are conducted according to the study curriculum (study plan) and subject curricula according to the approved schedule.

At the Higher School of Arbitrators the teachers are lawyers, judges, candidates with a degree or a doctoral degree in the sphere of Law, as well as persons with profound knowledge in the field.
